In 2003 Heidy thought it would be a great thing to take some
classes in massage. 
She
got the idea because of a friend who lived in the area and
had to drive to Williams Lake (350 km) for a massage, as there
was nobody in the region who could offer anything that would
help if your body was stiff and was crying out for a massage.
During the winter of 2003 / 2004, Heidy took classes in classic
Swedish massage and was amazed how much she loved it. Since
then she has received training in Sport massage, Foot Reflexology,
Trigger Point treatment, Dorn, Breuss and Hot Stone Massage.
As she is a certified Swiss Massage Therapist, she worked
three winters in a hotel in Switzerland that helped her to
acquire lots of experience and  since
2004 she gives massages to the locals and guests who are living in and travelling
through the Chilcotin.
Her table
is set in the main house and she is happy to pamper you with
a relaxing massage. Your body does not have to hurt to get
a massage. It is way better and more relaxing, if nothing
hurts and you can enjoy the treatment and feel revitalized
afterwards.
